Hi guys! In this video I will show you a quick warm-up which you should do before each one of your workouts. As you can see this workout is very generalized therefore I strongly recommend focusing more on the parts which you know you will train. As an example imagine that you would train your biceps. This would mean that you should do some additional stretches and mobility exercises on for your arms because they will be under a lot of tension.
