Hi, my name is Marjore Panes I am from East Windsor. I was having this pain in my neck and shoulder for almost 2 years now and I've been to different orthopedic doctors from NY to here in NJ and they did shots and other treatments but it didn't really work. Then one day my daughter was having problems with her back and she found Dr. Russell, she was doing great and she said to me, mom why don't you come with me to see Dr. Russell and you might change your mind. Then low and behold I was skeptical because of the distance and then wow when he worked on me the first time I said I'm sold to it and I'm really thankful that we found Dr. Russell and for those that are really having problems with your back. He'll do everything, he adjusts from the head to the neck to the arms to the legs. I'm very grateful, I have more flexibility and the pain is almost 90% off. I do highly recommend him to those that need adjustments and just to have a really good well being. That's what I have really obtained from his practice. Thank you Dr. Russell!
