In this video we take a look at the 1/4 inch AR500 Silhouette Target manufactured by ShootSteel.com. This target was donated to us by ShootSteel.com.

The target is comprised of a four part system. The base is constructed of a metal frame that has two locking lugs. Inside of the base fits a standard 2X4. This ensures that the main portion of the stand is both durable and easy to replace. The target is mounted to the stand with an steel bracket and carriage bolt system. The AR500 target can not only take a beating, but also serves to protect the hanging system. A spring is used to back the target and keep it in place as it take rounds.

Overall the Silhouette target from ShootSteel.com is an outstanding choice for all type of shooters that are looking to shoot steel. They're safe, durable, and reasonably priced.
